Today is Day #20 of 31 days of spontaneous organizing! Today you need to get your "command center" organized! Now, if you say "I thought that was my entry?" Well, maybe it is for you.
A command center is anywhere that you have set up for establishing your family calendar or important family information - this could be in your kitchen or other place in your home. If you don't have one, you can skip this or make a small one by gathering up things into an area so that's it's all together - family calendar, pens, important papers you need to look at daily, maybe a binder filled with school information, or pending information. If yours is on the fridge, then clean up the fridge - throw out outdated information, go through and see if anything can be tossed or moved elsewhere.
It could be on the side or front of your fridge, like above, where you coordinate your calendar, school/important papers, coupons, and any other important things.
Maybe you set up an area on the back of the pantry door, using chalkboard/magnetic paint to hold things.
It could be in a binder, where you keep all your papers and important things.
It could be a wall your fancied up, like this one above! Whatever your command center, set it up in a way that it functions for your family. I don't have a command center, per se, but I keep most of our things organized in our dresser and the family calendar and important papers are nearby.
