Today is Day #4 of 31 days of spontaneous organizing! Your mini-challenge for today is the closet - long hanging! This is for you, your child, your hubby, or all of you. You can choose, but YOURS would be the best choice {you could go back next month and work on another one}. Just choose the long hanging area of the closet.
First, take a look at how many dresses, pants, and whatever long hanging clothing you have in your closet. Second, if it's squished and not enough space to hold everything, you need to quickly decide to get rid of several pieces. If it doesn't fit, donate it. If you can't remember the last time you wore it, donate it. If it's ripped, stained, or torn - toss it! Go quickly because you will likely do more that way.
Next, find as many hangers as you can that match or are similar color and hang all your dresses facing the same direction - perhaps in rainbow order OR in short/long sleeved order, whichever you prefer. For pants or coats, do the same.
