You will never guess what?
I'm going to be crafting at Michael's Craft Store and Hometalk along with a whole bunch of other bloggers around the nation {and Canada too} on Sunday afternoon, February 16th from 1-4 PM! It is going to be a blast! Do you want to see what I'm going to be doing?
Well, what is Hometalk? It's a great website for home and garden enthusiasts AND has tons and tons of ideas for everything that involves your home - cleaning, organizing, do it yourself projects, and much more!

Now, let me show you my fabulous crafts I did. I don't consider myself a super, great crafty person. I get by and I'm a pretty good copy-catter crafter, but never super original! However, I was pretty surprised how well this turned out for my daughter's birthday party last week.
I used a few supplies, pictured above, from Michael's. I am not good with writing fancy lettering on my own for the chalkboard banner, so I got the stencils to help. I think it made a HUGE difference and helped it to look really good!
I also made her a cute cake topper banner - even though her "cake" is actually a brownie! It was also simple. Michael's has five different projects you can choose from and I'm a big fan of chalkboard and labels and such so this was my favorite to choose from!
