31 Days of Spontaneous Organizing - Day #15: Bathroom {Medicine cabinet}

Today is Day #15 of 31 days of spontaneous organizing! Today we're starting in the bathroom with your medicine cabinet or cabinet on your bathroom wall {for personal toiletries} - or place you keep essential oils or medicine. I know that it's not always best to keep your medicine in the bathroom, but if you have a cabinet like that, take the time to organize and clean it up.

Whatever you put into the medicine cabinet - or the cabinet that's on the wall in your bathroom - go through it and clean it out and get it organized. Dispose of expired medications properly and throw out any yucky stuff that looks weird or you don't know what it is. With toiletries, if it's really old, toss it. If it's in the wrong place, put it back where it belongs.

I have almost no medicine, but I keep my essential oils in there. We have another medicine cabinet on the other side with all of my hubby's morning essentials and other tall things in it.

This makes a plain medicine cabinet but he keeps it pretty organized and kept up. He's a busy guy so that's a big deal!

Above you can see how the "medicine" cabinet holds all these toiletries so nicely and out of site.  I like the idea of having little containers that you can pull out and set on the counter while getting ready in the morning.

This medicine cabinet from Simplified Bee has magnetic strips inside to hang tools - brilliant - and simple cups to hold toothbrushes and toothpaste and all her make up brushes. That is a simple and inexpensive way to keep things organized. Don't you think?
